The majority of Tobago’s eligible teachers have received their back pay from the Tobago House of Assembly.
This, according to the Division of Education, Research and Technology. Via a release on Tuesday, the Division informed that 98% of outstanding back pay has been successfully disbursed to teachers.
It explained the remaining 2% will be contacted individually regarding specific details on their payments. A call was also made to eligible retired teachers to contact the Division for the processing of their payments.
