REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
TTT Limited (TTTL) invites suitably qualified individuals or companies to submit proposals for the following:
RFP# 2024-5 – Request for Proposal Local Content Providers for Local Television Programs
RFP# 2024-6 – Request for Proposal Local Content Providers for Local Productions
Tenders will be accepted from individuals and companies pre-qualified with the Office of Procurement Regulation (OPR).
The documents are available from Monday to Friday during office hours of 8.00am to 4.30pm by request via email to tenders@ttt.co.tt. Please provide the tender number (s), Name of Company/ Individual, address and contact number.
The deadline date to request tender documents is Thursday 9th May, 2024.

- Proposals must be completed and submitted in accordance with the instructions outlined in the RFP documents and must be accompanied by valid Statutory Documents where applicable. All documents with expiration dates must be valid at the time of submission.
- Proposals shall be submitted electronically or manually, in accordance with the instructions of the RFP documents. Firms/Individuals/Consortiums are strongly advised to ensure Proposals are submitted well in advance of the deadline, to mitigate the risk of the Proposal being rejected. The proposal is to be addressed to: tenders@ttt.co.tt

- TTT Limited does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any Proposal.
- TTT Limited reserves the right to cancel the present notice in its entirety or partially, without defraying any cost incurred by submitting a Proposal.
