TTO swimmer Dylan Carter finished his AP Race London International Meet Programme with Gold at the London Aquatic Centre on Monday evening.
Carter entered the Men’s 50 Metres Butterfly as top seed courtesy the fastest qualifying time, 23.05 seconds.
In the Super Final, Carter touched the wall first in 23.21 seconds, Bryan Leong of Malaysia won Silver in 24.62 seconds. Great Britain’s Nicholas Finch was third in 24.67.
It was Carter’s second Gold of the meet following his 50 metre free win in 22.24 seconds.
On Sunday, he bagged Bronze in the 100 metre Free Super Final in 48.17 seconds.
