Bishop’s Anstey High School and San Juan South Secondary School were crowned Girls and Boys Open Division Champions as the Secondary Schools National Volleyball Championships was contested on the weekend at the International School of Port of Spain.
Bishop’s claimed top spot after defeating runners-up, International School of Port of Spain, in a thrilling encounter in Westmoorings. St. Joseph Convent Port of Spain came in third.
In the Girls Under-16 Division, International School of Port of Spain took first spot, in second place was South East Port of Spain, and St. Joseph’s Convent Port Of Spain came in third.
Maple Leaf finished runners-up in the Boys Open Division when San Juan South came out victorious to claim top honours. Iere High School claimed third.
In the Boys Under-16 Division, San Juan South also finished top, International School of Port of Spain second, and Barrackpore West Secondary School finished third.
