The Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) says this morning’s service disruption which affected landline, internet, and mobile service to its customers in parts of Trinidad and Tobago was triggered by an unexpected circumstance.
The service disruption affected operations at the Licensing Division, Caribbean Airlines (CAL), and the National Insurance Board of Trinidad and Tobago (NIBTT). There were also multiple reports on social media of issues with banking services.
In response, TSTT has promised a make-good to its customers.
