Several Tobago workers within the management and operations team of the Community-Based Environmental Protection and Enhancement Program (CEPEP) have been sent home. At Wednesday’s Post Executive Media Briefing Secretary for Community Development Terance Baynes said based on an assessment there was a need for restructuring to meet the initial need of the CEPEP Program.
