Chief Secretary of the Tobago House of Assembly Farley Augustine has described the passing of Reginald Dumas as a great loss to the island.
Mr. Dumas, renowned diplomat, Head of the Public service and political analyst passed away at the Scarborough General Hospital on Thursday night.
