The Port of Spain City Corporation continued its City Wide Clean-Up Campaign last weekend on Charlotte Street in preparation for the festive season.
Deputy Mayor of Port of Spain, Councillor Abena Hartley, said the preparations will make it easier for Christmas shopping.
She further stated the Corporation is working diligently to ensure the vendors and citizens have clean streets.
City Corporation trucks removed piles of discarded matter and debris from the street.
