The Ministry of Works and Transport will be conducting an aggressive drainage programme in 2023 at a cost of $300 million.
Speaking to the media during a tour of desilting projects in Central Trinidad on Saturday, Minister Rohan Sinanan said his Ministry is trying to take full advantage of the Dry Season to complete the works.
