The annual Emancipation Procession returned to the streets of Port-of-Spain following a two-year hiatus as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Following the ‘Tribute to Our Ancestors’ at the Treasury Building on Monday, the crowd followed the route to the Lidj Yasu Omowale Emancipation Village at the Queen’s Park Savannah.
