Minister of Energy and Energy Industries, Stuart Young, led a delegation to Caracas, Venezuela where discussions and negotiations took place related to the cross border hydrocarbon field of Manakin/ Cocuina.
On Wednesday, Minister Young and his team comprising key Ministry personnel and executives from NGC and BPTT met with a team led by Minister of Popular Power for Petroleum Rafael Tellechea and Vice Minister Juan Santana.
The presentations and discussions included the exchange of technical information and negotiation of legal terms and conditions, advances the intended project of developing this hydrocarbon field.
