Trinidad and Tobago Senior Men’s Football Head Coach Angus Eve has today announced his 23-man squad ahead T&T’s crucial Copa America Play-in game against Canada next week Saturday.
If successful, T&T would join Group ‘A’ which includes the likes of Argentina, Chile, and Peru. The full squad reads, starting with the goalkeepers are Denzil Smith, along with Christopher Biggette and Adrian Foncette.
In the back, we have captain Aubrey David, Ross Russell Jr, Jesse Williams, Robert Primus, Portuguese-based Andre Raymond, Alvin Jones, Justin Garcia, and Shannon Gomez. In midfield, we have English-born midfielder Daniel Phillips, Noah Powder, Kevin Goddard, Neveal Hackshaw, Andre Rampersad, Ajani Fortune, and AEK Athen’s Judah Garcia. In attack, we start with Nathaniel James, Real Gill, the in-form Levi Garcia, Reon Moore, Kaile Auvray.
Notable absentees include attacker Ryan Telfer who’s out due to a groin injury, goal keeper Niklas Frendrup, Michel Poon-Angeron, and AC Port of Spain captain Duane Muckette.
