FLOW: Improved Home Connectivity Coming

Flow Trinidad is promising an improved service to customers and has showcased this via its ‘Giga World’ event on Wednesday.

The internet and entertainment provider invited residential, business customers, and clients to the event at the Centre of Excellence in Macoya, which displayed and allowed customers to interact with the various type of services including its Hub TV.

Flow’s Vice President and General Manager, Simone Martin-Sulgan said the company took feedback that they have been falling short, especially with home connectivity, and has made noted adjustments.

And Flow’s Director of Commercial Operations, Cindy-Ann Gatt, assured that the company is on top of the after sales service with regard to technical issues experienced by customers.
