Former Commissioner of Police, Gary Griffith, said he has listened to the voice of the people and has decided to use his God-given gifts in the service of country.
Speaking to reporters following a Press Conference on Saturday, Mr. Griffith said the country is in crisis on the national security front, and is confident he can serve again as Commissioner of Police.
Mr. Griffith said he is confident that the Police Service Commission and will do what is required to ensure transparency in the selection process.
If he is not selected for the position, Mr. Griffith noted that he will support the new Commissioner in the best interest of the citizens of Trinidad and Tobago.
