The Final of the ICWI Table Tennis Champions League is currently contested at the Eastern Regional Sporting Complex.
Legends United featuring the likes of Kenneth Parmanand, Sherdon Pierre and Franklyn Seechan top the league table which ensured an automatic path to the grand finale.
On Tuesday, Queen’s Park battled Arima Table Tennis Club for the other spot and the Easterners came out on top despite a Toppers MVP First Table performance from Shemar Britton. He won his singles against Niran Bissu and Jonathan Van Lange in impressive fashion after Val Lange got pass Aaron Edwards in the early match. Colin Wong was also on top of his game for Arima, soundly defeating Javier King and Abraham Francis. Krystian Sahadeo also got pass King to put Arima in control and the spot in the Final was secure by ATTC with Van Lange and Wong defeating Britton and King 3-1 in the doubles encounter.
