Over the next financial year, Government will be improving Trinidad and Tobago’s Carnival offering.
During debate on the Appropriation (Financial Year 2022) Bill, 2021 in the Senate today, Minister of Tourism, Culture and the Arts, Randall Mitchell, said the Carnival period accounts for 10% of this country’s visitor arrivals.
