There have been concrete conversations to bring the Military Led Academic Training Programme (MiLAT) and the Military-Led Youth Programme of Apprenticeship and Reorientation Training (MYPART) to Tobago soon.
The THA’s Secretary for Youth Development and Sport, Terance Baynes, said the Ministry of Youth Development and National Service has been liaising with the THA to offer the programmes in the sister isle.
