Attorneys at Law representing Minister of Youth Development and National Service, Foster Cummings, have sent a pre-action protocol letter to the state noting that his constitutional right to privacy were contravened.
It follows allegations against the Minister contained in a Trinidad and Tobago Police Service Special Branch ‘Secret Note’ in 2019 which found itself in the public domain.
