A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago and the Ministry of Youth Development and National Service.
During a brief ceremony at the Central Bank on Friday, Commissioner for Co-Operative Development at the Ministry, Christine Mc Millan, explained the benefits of this venture.
Minister of Youth Development and National Service, Foster Cummings, said the partnership will be to the benefit of all involved.
