The Ministry of Youth Development and National Service signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Trinidad Cement Limited for the implementation of the Mayo Community Agricultural Project.
On Friday, Line Minister Foster Cummings said 40 acres of TCL lands were made available to the Mayo community to facilitate 40 small-scale farming operations.
