The official funeral service for Former President of the Caribbean Court of Justice and retired Chief Justice, Michael De La Bastide, will be held on Thursday April 11th 2024.
According to a release from the Office of the Prime Minister Communications, the service will be held at the Church of the Assumption, Maraval from 10am.
Members of the Public are invited to sign condolence books in memory of Mr. Justice de la
Bastide from 9am to 3pm on Monday April 8th at the Hall of Justice in Port of Spain and the Caribbean Court of Justice Headquarters, and on Tuesday April 9th and Friday April 12th, condolence books will be available for public signing at the Hall of Justice, Port of Spain and Scarborough, the Caribbean Court of Justice Headquarters, and the Princes Town Court.
