Pan American Age Group Swimming Championships: Preview

Seventeen countries, over 200 athletes. That’s what can be expected from the Pan American Age Group Swimming Championships which splashes off on Thursday at the National Aquatic Centre in Couva.

The Age Group Championships will be the first international swimming competition held in Trinidad and Tobago since the start of the Covid 19 Pandemic.

Team TTO is well represented in the pool with 31 athletes involved ranging from the 11 to 12 age group to the over 18 category.

Competition begins at 10am on Thursday and ends on Sunday with TTT Ltd bringing you coverage for the duration of the event.

For spectators heading to the Aquatic Centre, there is a Season Pass available for TT$305 for adults and $160 for children. There is also a Day Pass available at a price of $80 for adults and $40 for children.
