A recommendation for State-owned Paria Fuel Trading to be charged with Corporate Manslaughter was made in the report of the Commission of Enquiry into the February 25th 2022 Paria diving tragedy. The report which was laid in the parliament today, has been sent to the Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) for consideration.
