Political Leader of the Progressive Democratic Patriots, Watson Duke, launched his party at the Hyatt Regency in Port of Spain on Sunday.
During the event, Mr. Duke said should his party win at the Local Government level in Trinidad, the country would see change.
The PDP Leader adds he wants to live in Laventille, Sea Lots, and La Horquetta to help improve how these communities live.
During the last elections in Tobago, the PDP won 14 of the 15 seats and now controls the Tobago House of Assembly.
