The Progressive Democratic Patriots now have a presence in Trinidad. Speaking at the opening of the party’s headquarters in Barataria on Sunday, the Political Leader of the PDP Watson Duke said this is the beginning of a political revolution.
The PDP currently has control of the Tobago House of Assembly (THA). Mr. Duke said while they celebrated the establishment of their Trinidad home, May 1st will be the day the PDP launches its party in Trinidad. He said his party is hopeful that they can bring the change that many would like to see. Mr. Duke also expressed concern over the increase in fuel prices.
