The cities of Port of Spain and Shanghai today officially signed a Letter Of Intent to become sister cities.
Mayor of Port of Spain, Joel Martinez, said it signifies the intention of the two countries to continue working together towards development in the areas of finance, trade, culture, sports, public health, and education in the cities.
