Guardian Group CEO, Ian Chinapoo has urged leaders to create a generative work culture for employees to ensure they become more productive.
Speaking at the Disruptive Leadership Conference on Friday, Mr Chinapoo spoke about balancing people and profits.
He noted that employees no longer just work at an organization for a salary, but wants an organization to share and recognize their value.
