Dysfunction in society is caused by a breakdown in family life.
According to Jamaican High Commissioner to Trinidad and Tobago, Arthur Williams, one of the solutions is young people’s involvement in organizations with positive influences, such as the St James Police Youth Club. On Saturday, High Commissioner Williams visited the Youth Club and left some advice for both the parents and children.
