A post mortem on 18 year old Hannah Mathura has revealed that she was shot in the head. Hannah is said to have died seven years ago and her remains were found on Tuesday afternoon in a shallow grave at her home at Butu Road in Valsayn.
Hannah was one of eight children living at the residence at Butu Road. Meanwhile, a suspect is currently assisting officers with investigations relating to the remains that were found buried in the backyard of a home in Valsayn.
Andrew Mathura was arrested after he was found hiding in a house in El Dorado on Wednesday night. The man was sought after the discovery of the remains of 18 year old Hannah Mathura on Tuesday. The site was excavated following information received from a relative.
The results of a post mortem conducted on the remains on Wednesday have not been publicly released, but investigators say they are working under the assumption that the teenager died an unnatural death.
