The statement made by Chief Secretary Farley Augustine as he responded to a question on a timeline to bring the oil spill operations and clean-up to a completion.
During a Press Conference on Wednesday, Mr. Augustine informed that company, Petrobras, has been providing guidance and has used an experience they had in 2019 to determine the timeline.
Chief Secretary Augustine stressed he believes the functionality of several spaces including the roadway in Lambeau will return to normalcy before six months. Meanwhile, as clean-up operations continue, Mr. Augustine informed there has been some reduction in the leaking of the substance.
