Free diving, not for the faint hearted, but can be simply put as a dream, where everything is calm and quiet, and you become weightless. An art that’s not popular in T&T but has gained recognition through the work of a few like Jevaughn Ballington, who set the standard and national record for males, in three different categories of free diving.
