A donation of US$9 ,900 from the Marubeni Corporation has been gifted to the Learning Is For Everyone (LIFE) Centre.
The LIFE Centre is one of the few organisations in T&T that offers special education to people with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other communication-related disorders.
The Marubeni Corporation donated US$9,900 to the Centre to help the institution meet the needs of its 23 students.
Their Chief Operating Officer/Managing Director Caribbean, Mo Majeed, said they were happy to be able to assist the LIFE Centre in its great work of helping autistic patients function in society.
