The effects of the oil spill reported in Tobago on Wednesday has spread to several beaches on the island intensifying the Tobago Emergency Management Agency’s clean-up efforts.
Speaking to the media on Thursday, the THA Chief Secretary called the occurrence a disaster that Tobago was not prepared for.
