In response to STAR Network T&T’s one dollar for a mobile device or laptop promotion on Friday and its subsequent postponement due to overwhelming public response, TSTT’s CEO Lisa Agard has written to the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (TATT), asking the organisation to issue a public warning.
