Phoenix Park Gas Processors Limited (PPGPL) has signed a Technical Services Agreement with The Gas Gathering Limited (TGGL) of Ghana, a private consortium.
In 2022, The Gas Gathering Limited was awarded a contract by the Ghana National Gas Company (GNGC) to build, co-own, cooperate and transfer contract with the Ghana National Gas Company to construct Train 2 of its gas processing facility.
PPGPL is being engaged by TGGL for this project, to assist in an advisory capacity to bring it to final investment decision (FID).
This latest development is in keeping with the NGC Group’s mandate to export its energy services globally.
Meanwhile NGC’s first international project to deliver a pressure regulator skid package for the existing Takoradi Distribution Station (TDS) in Ghana is nearing completion.
The prefabricated skid was assembled in Trinidad and shipped to Ghana in April 2022, and has been installed at the TDS process plant site.
