Minister of Foreign and CARICOM Affairs, Dr. Amery Browne, sees Trinidad and Tobago’s candidacy for the Presidency of the UN General Assembly as a prestigious opportunity for this country.
During a Media Briefing on Thursday, Dr. Browne said the Presidency of the General Assembly has only been held on two occasions by CARICOM Member States.
