Port of Spain is working toward cultural and other developments in the twinning process with the city of Kumasi.
Mayor Joel Martinez explained that having signed a Memorandum of Agreement with that city, we should see strengthening socio-economic trades and partnerships between Ghana and Trinidad and Tobago.
He said the twinning process is not only for cultural matters but also to strengthen the relationship between the cities and unlock the economic opportunities for businesses.
