COSTAATT President Dr Keith Nurse says visitor arrivals for Carnival has ‘plateaued’ over the past two decades. Speaking at a Central Bank Forum on Carnival on Wednesday, he said the number of visitors coming in, ranges between 40 to 50 thousand for the annual event.
